Victoria joined our firm in 2003 originally. After 10 years with Bruce Edmunds & Associates her family transferred to Townsville where she continued her career as an accountant.
Welcoming back Victoria in February 2018 as she returned to Melbourne was a pleasure. She continues to specialise in taxation, SMSF’s and accounting.
Shirley Master of Management (Accounting), CPA, SSA
MANAGER – SUPERANNUATION

Shirley joined the firm in August 2018 having worked in mid-tier city firms for 8 years. She is a Certified Practising Accountant, SMSF Specialist Advisor™ and SMSF Auditor. She has vast experience in providing high quality strategic advice and solutions to help clients meet their retirement objectives.
Shirley is also an expert skier with NZSIA Level 2 ski instructor certificate.

Clare B.Com, CPA
Accountant

Clare joined the firm in July 2011. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (accounting and finance) from Monash University and worked in another public practice accounting firm before joining us. She is now involved in the preparation of income tax returns and financial statements for a variety of clients. Clare has recently completed her CPA studies successfully.

Melanie B.Bus (Accounting)
Graduate Accountant

Mel joined our team in July 2018 as a Graduate Accountant.
She has completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting at Monash University.
Mel enjoys spending time with family and friends and listening to music.
Mohamed B.Com CA MBA
Manager – Audit

Mohamed joined the firm in August 2017. He is a Chartered Accountant and specialises in financial audits of small to medium enterprises and self-managed superannuation funds. He is also an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, equipped with broad business understanding, which enables him to offer more value-add than traditional audit. He has much experience in audit of incorporated associations, manufacturers and retailers.
Maria B.Bus (Accounting) CPA

Maria has returned to our firm after almost 15 years working in the city and currently works part time. Maria has signficant experience with a variety of clients in diverse industry sectors including retail, manufacturing, construction, wholesale, professionals and other business activities. Maria specialises in the provision of accounting, taxation and business advisory services and has established a reputation of working closely with clients to assist with all aspects of their business.
Estelle B.Bus (Accounting) CA
Manager (Tax)

Estelle commenced working in business services in 1999 at William Buck in the city. During this time Estelle completed her professional year and became a chartered accountant. Estelle has vast experience working with a wide range of clients from large listed companies to small family run business. Estelle works part time and is in the office Monday to Thursday.

Terry commenced work in 1976 with Fell & Starkey ( now Ernst & Young ) & then moved to a 2nd tier firm in 1979 where he became a manager in the small business division. In 1983 he joined Tony Taggart in a small bayside Accounting Practice called Smith Taggart & became a partner in 1990. He has had over 40 years experience assisting small & medium sized enterprises with their taxation & accounting requirements.
Melissa B. Com (Accounting and Finance) CA
Senior Accountant

Melissa was with the firm from July 2007 to December 2010, and returned in July 2013 and works full time. As a Chartered Accountant, Melissa is experienced in the preparation of income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, small businesses and now applies her skills to superannuation funds.

Daniel joined the firm in September 2019. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Swinburne University and is currently studying to complete his CA qualification.

Tony worked with Cyril Smith in Hampton for 2 years then commenced with Fell and Starkey (now Ernst & Young) in Darwin in 1976. He obtained his Chartered Accountant status in July 1977 and came back to Cyril in 1979. He took over this business in 1980 and became a self employed accountant trading as Smith Taggart. Terry Pennycuick joined Tony in 1983. Terry became partner in 1990. Tony as over 43 years of experience across a broad spectrum of business, especially in family and general aviation businesses. Terry and Tony joined the Edmunds’ team in July 2019 to start new chapters in their busy lives of serving others as they would like to be served.
Callum B.Comm /Law
Graduate Accountant

Callum is currently completing a double degree of Commerce and Law at Deakin university. While only recently joining the industry and Bruce Edmunds and Associates, Callum has gained experience in a wide range of both accounting and bookkeeping roles and has experience with a range of software. Callum plays football locally for the Beaumaris Football Club where he has been since a junior. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching live music and seeing the Richmond Tigers win premierships.
Jamie B.Comm (Accounting)
Graduate Accountant

Jamie joined us in June 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting at Deakin University. Jamie passed with flying colours and we’re happy to have her as part of our team. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and watching her favourite show, Survivor.
