I enjoy the challenges and rewards that come with maintaining and upgrading our sophisticated computer system especially when issues are resolved which enable our team to complete their jobs quickly and efficiently. With attacks from scammers becoming a part of daily life for businesses, we are constantly monitoring to ensure our system is very safe and secure.
Sonia has been with Bruce Edmunds & Associates since 1999. Her role has evolved over the years and her duties include the day to day management of our sophisticated IT system. Sonia is also responsible for all our in-house bookkeeping/accounts and IT support. She also assists with client accounting software support including implementation and setup of accounting software.
I love the familiarity of the clients I help after working with them for over 25 years. I also enjoy the varied tasks in my position as Administration Manager.
Andrea has worked in varying roles over the years and more recently has taken on the role of Administration Manager. She is responsible for managing the office and the Administration Team. She also has extensive knowledge of ASIC Compliance requirements and the processes required for the establishment of Companies, Trusts and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. Andrea is a long-serving and highly valued member of our team.

Raelene joined our firm in May 2021 after working for National Australia Bank for 31 years, Raelene has worked in various roles including, customer service and support, administration, team leading, implementation and project management. Raelene has been a great addition to our team and brings with her many skills that can be applied to supporting our clients and team.
I thrive in a supportive and fast-paced environment, where I actively seek out opportunities to learn new processes and techniques
Felicity has experience in reception and accounts receivable from her previous position and is a great addition to our administration team.
